June 21, 2022 · 3 min read

Woodbridge, VA is home to many different cultures, making the city that much more vibrant and beautiful. When it comes to food though, Italian restaurants have captured the hearts of nearly every American, and here are some of the best you'll find.

1. Presto! Pizza

When looking for Italian food, it can be hard to narrow down your options to one specific type. You might be in the mood for a wood-fire pizza that comes with a plethora of toppings. You might also be in the mood for pasta tossed with fresh chicken before being drizzled with sauce.

When you're stuck between a rock and a hard place, Presto has you covered with their huge menu. Whether you are a pizza, wings, or classic pasta fan, there's an option for everyone here. They even offer special deals on their pizzas that can include a free cannoli or calzone on the side.

2. Giorgio's Family Restaurant

Giorgio's offers a blend of cultures with their many different Greek and Italian dishes. You'll find everything from chicken souvlaki to a beautiful thin-crusted pizza. There's something special about being able to enjoy a seafood linguini along with a side of hummus and pita.

True frequenters of the restaurant will know to ask for special alterations to their dishes, such as putting shawarma meat into a bolognese. This may sound unorthodox, but the tender chicken goes perfectly with the red sauce, making this a must-try.

3. Armetta's Italian Grill and Pizzaria

Every good Italian place has pasta and sauce, but finding a good Italian sub can be a challenge. Specializing in hoagies and wonderfully grilled foods, Armetta's is perfect for a casual lunch or easy pick up, especially with their sausage parmigiana sub which is just mouthwatering.

Outside of their subs, they have all the classics like spaghetti, alfredo, and stuffed shell pasta, along with their seafood options which never fail to impress with their freshness. With the strong engine of the Ford Mustang, it's the classics that truly never fail us.

4. Brother's Encore

When planning a party, it can be hard to find good catering that makes every guest happy. At Brother's Encore, they've got you covered with everything from a full tray of chicken marsala to mini cannolis. No matter what you choose, you can expect complimentary bread rolls.

If event planning isn't quite your thing, then you can keep the whole party to yourself with their delicious pizzas. They offer gluten-free alternatives and even have a pizza that comes with a whopping 7 toppings. You can finish off your amazing meal with their cannoli's and sweet pastries.

Italian food offers some of the most intriguing culinary wonders, with many of their dishes becoming American classics. When looking into these restaurants, you'll need a reliable way to get there that won't fail you, just like the food itself. Come visit Koons Woodbridge Ford for the right vehicle that will get you where you need to go.
