The city of Woodbridge, VA, is located a little over 20 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., and close to some of the most important urban and nature destinations in the northeastern United States. 1. Washington, D.C.

Driving from downtown Woodbridge to Washington, D.C. takes about half an hour, heading northeast along routes I-95 and I-395.
